To participate, you should:

1. Register (mandatory)

The first step is registration. Only after registration will you have access to your personal myBIMAT2014 page, from which you will have access to a variety of additional information.

2. Submit an abstract (optional)

You may do this after having registered, through your personal myBIMAT2014 page.

3. Select your attendance package

Unless you are an invited speaker, you may do this through your personal myBIMAT2014 page.

4. Pay

Unless you are an invited speaker, you can pay immediately online or by bank transfer. More information is available through your personal myBIMAT2014 page.

Registration fees

*To benefit from the "Junior" registration fee, participants must be under 35 years and fall in one of the following categories: Master students, Ph.D. students, post-doc fellows.
To benefit from this discount, a confirmation must be provided by the direct supervisor (further details are available during registration procedure)

The registration fee includes:

• Entry to all scientific sessions
• Congress kit
• 7 coffee breaks
• 3 lunches (18, 19, 20 November 2014)

The social dinner on Tuesday, 18 November, is not included in the fee and costs 35 EUR. You may select to attend this dinner during the payment procedure through your personal myBIMAT2014 page.

NB: The payment date is considered as the date in which payment is credited to the meeting account (not when the payment procedure is initiated; please take this into consideration, especially if your payment is being processed by your administration).

Payment

Upon registration, a confirmation e-mail is sent to you; this message contains, amongst other information, a reference number. Please do not process your payment without this reference number—thank you for your cooperation.

Payment is possible by credit card or bank transfer. Further details about the payment procedure is available through your personal myBIMAT2014.

If your registration fee will be processed as part of a batch payment by your administration, please contact us before initiating the payment procedure.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations with a refund request must be sent by e-mail to the secretariat and must be accompanied by a valid justification. Refunds will be decided case by case by the organisers. If accepted, cancellations within 30 October 2014 will be refunded fully, minus an administrative charge of 20 EUR; cancellations within 6 November 2014 will be refunded only by 50% of the total package price; no refunds will be provided after 6 November 2014.

Abstracts

Abstracts are accepted exclusively after registration, through your personal myBIMAT2014 page (you will need to register to have access to the latter).

Abstracts should be submitted only by the presenting author. One abstract per event (Seminar and Workshop), per presenting author, can be submitted.

Accepted abstracts will be published in the Proceedings, in book format with its own ISBN.

Abstracts guidelines:

• the title must start in uppercase and continue in lowercase, except for conventional terms (ATP, DNA, NFκB, etc).
• if more than one author, underline your name (the presenting author, in whatever position you appear in the author list) and use commas to separate the names; do not use 'and' before the last author. For all authors, write first name(s) as initials and surname in full. If more than one affiliation, use sequential superscript numbers to identify each institution.
• the abstract text must be no longer than 1500 characters, spaces included (which is roughly equivalent to 250 words).

The abstract submission deadline is 10 October 2014. The Scientific Committee will then review the received abstracts for oral or poster presentations.
