The social dinner on Tuesday, 18 November, is not included in the fee and costs 35 EUR. You may select to attend this dinner during the payment procedure through your personal myBIMAT2014 page.
NB: The payment date is considered as the date in which payment is credited to the meeting account (not when the payment procedure is initiated; please take this into consideration, especially if your payment is being processed by your administration).
Upon registration, a confirmation e-mail is sent to you; this message contains, amongst other information, a reference number. Please do not process your payment without this reference number—thank you for your cooperation.
Payment is possible by credit card or bank transfer. Further details about the payment procedure is available through your personal myBIMAT2014.
If your registration fee will be processed as part of a batch payment by your administration, please contact us before initiating the payment procedure.

Cancellations with a refund request must be sent by e-mail to the secretariat and must be accompanied by a valid justification. Refunds will be decided case by case by the organisers. If accepted, cancellations within 30 October 2014 will be refunded fully, minus an administrative charge of 20 EUR; cancellations within 6 November 2014 will be refunded only by 50% of the total package price; no refunds will be provided after 6 November 2014.
Abstracts are accepted exclusively after registration, through your personal myBIMAT2014 page (you will need to register to have access to the latter).
Abstracts should be submitted only by the presenting author. One abstract per event (Seminar and Workshop), per presenting author, can be submitted.
Accepted abstracts will be published in the Proceedings, in book format with its own ISBN.
Abstracts guidelines:
The abstract submission deadline is 10 October 2014. The Scientific Committee will then review the received abstracts for oral or poster presentations.
